Rosati’s U is a new training program designed specifically to get you managing and owning your own restaurant quickly. With hard work and commitment to excellence, running a successful business will be within your reach.

Train for the Future

Joining Rosati’s U means you’ll be a part of the family, so we’ll provide training that teaches you everything there is to know about our history, quality products, and how to keep a restaurant running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll work with experienced mentors who have built careers inside the Rosati’s organization. Joining our program requires no need for a college education, leaving you debt free and ahead of the crowd.

Become a Manager

Completing our program isn’t easy, but with some help from your mentor, you’ll work through our management curriculum and learn everything there is to know about running a Rosati’s. After completion of basic training, you’ll learn the key principles and practices that make Rosati’s successful: from preparing your ingredients, to planning your day, to winning marketing battles, we’ll equip you with the knowledge you need to not only run a store but become a successful business owner.

Rosati’s U graduates aren’t just pizza experts, they’re business experts. So, when the time comes for a new Rosati’s Franchise to open, eligible graduates are first in line. You’ll not only be a manager, but you’ll be eligible for consideration to be a business owner, and it won’t cost you anything except determination and commitment.

How it works

Rosati's University Training

Basic Training

Basic training will consist of 5 weeks paid training in one of our corporate locations, working in all aspects of the business. Basic training paves the way to make sure you have the tools needed to complete Rosati’s U and is a crucial part of the program. From order entry to order making, you will learn the key principles of working at Rosati’s.

Rosatis University

Over the next 2 years, you will be given a schedule that is broken down into 12 week increments which will cover fundamentals of business operations and ownership. You will have mentors that will assist in guiding the way. You will be trained in each role until your mentor believes you are ready to complete the remaining period of training on your own. At the end of the 12 weeks there will be an exam that once passed will allow you to move onto the next course of training. Each course that is completed will result in a pay increase.

Rosati's University Management Course

Management Training

After successful completion of the 2 year course work, you will qualify for Management Training. During this part of the program, you will spend some time learning from our corporate headquarters. Learning essential skills from our Senior leadership, such as, marketing, accounting, finance, store design, market analysis and risk management as it applies to the restaurant business. Back at the store, you will be starting out as an assistant manager learning all that it takes to eventually become a general manager and armed with the knowledge of what it takes to run the store from a management perspective. This will prepare you to be eligible for consideration to run a store of your own, thus completing Rosati’s University.

Rosati's University Graduation

Ownership

After completing the program, you will be eligible for consideration for restaurant ownership opportunities. With the skills manifested over time in Rosati’s U, our graduates may be eligible for special financing. Being successful takes time and patience, but the skills acquired at Rosati’s U will build the foundation for running a successful restaurant. Those skills are valuable, in any business and in any industry.
