How do I become a Rosati’s Rewards member?

Rosati’s Rewards requires a Rosati’s Pizza online ordering account. Create an account for a participating rosatispizza.com location via online ordering on your local Rosati’s Pizza store page.

How does Rosati’s Rewards work?

1. Sign up bonus is 50 points. (Valid at participating locations only.)
2. 50% Off your next order, offer will be emailed AFTER 24-48 hours of signing up.

(Valid at participating locations only.) Maximum discount of $25.00

1. For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point.
2. For every 150 points, receive $10 Off Rewards. (Valid for 60 days.)
3. Points reset to 0 after $10 Off Reward is issued.

How do I earn 50% Off?

After signing up from online. 50% Off Offer will be emailed 24-48 hours of signing up (Valid at participating locations only.) Can be found loaded on your online account from the coupons section or at check out when signed in. While ordering over the phone or in-store. Please mention rewards account at the time of transaction. Provide the phone number associated with your account.

Do my points max out?

Yes, after 150 points and $10 off is redeemed points will reset to 0.

How do I make sure my orders earn Rosati’s Rewards after signing up?

Please mention rewards account at the time of transaction via over the phone, in store pick up or by signing in via online. As a rewards member, orders placed online, over the phone, and in-store can all be used to earn rewards. Make sure you’re logged into your Rosati’s Pizza account when ordering online. When ordering over the phone or in-store provide the phone number associated with your Rewards account or log in and view from coupons section online to show coupon code in store. Sorry, purchases of Rosati’s Pizza gift cards don’t earn Rewards.

Where can I review my rewards?

To view available rewards, log into your rosatispizza.com location online ordering account or call the store and provide phone number for staff member to locate available rewards. If you’re visiting a Rosati’s Pizza restaurant, you can also ask our phone / register or server staff (dine-in may vary) if you have any available rewards.

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem at all participating rosatispizza.com locations when you order online, over the phone or in-store. Redeem a reward when ordering online by clicking “Coupons” section or on “Coupons” at checkout, when signed in. Redeem a reward when ordering over the phone or inside the restaurant by providing the phone number associated with your Rosati’s Rewards account. Be sure to mention over the phone or in-store to ensure account is used. Please note: Rosati’s Rewards special offers and discounts do not auto apply without mention of account or being signed in online.

Do rewards expire?

Yes, each reward has an expiration date. Log in to your Rosati’s Rewards account online to view available rewards and see when your rewards expire. Rewards valid 60 days. Rewards cannot be reissued to accounts after expiration date.

Do orders I placed before signing up go towards rewards?

No, we cannot add purchases to Rosati’s Rewards account before signing up.

I accidentally ordered online as a guest. Does my order still earn Rewards?

Dough! Sadly No, you must be logged in to earn rewards when ordering online.

If I forgot to give my rewards number or checkout as a guest, can I add missed visit with my receipt?

I would say a joke about pizza, but it would be too cheesy. Unfortunately, no. To get credit for a purchase, you must be logged in when ordering online or provide phone number when you are ordering over the phone or in-store.

Can I transfer rewards to others?

With how delicious Rosati’s Pizza is, it’s hard not to share! Sorry, Rosati’s Rewards can’t be transferred or sold to someone else.
